RECEIPT OF OFFICIAL REQUEST

The buyer sends an official ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order) specifying the commodity, volume, desired delivery, and payment terms.

SCO

SALES CONFIRMATION OFFER

DEEPRISE ENERGY reviews the request and issues a SCO (Sales Confirmation Offer) confirming terms, price, volume, and schedule.

CONTRACT SIGNING

Once all terms are agreed, parties sign the purchase agreement. The document establishes rights and obligations of all transaction participants.

CONTRACT EXECUTION

Logistics organization, quality and quantity inspection, preparation of all accompanying documentation, interaction with banks and customs authorities.

TRANSACTION COMPLETION

Successful transaction closure: delivery confirmation, final settlements, closing documents. The foundation for long-term cooperation.
